cancellation policies

Traveler, we inform you about the canceling policies, this policies will apply at all times.

This will be considered for all the purchases made on all of our selling spots: Somos Tours office, Hotels, Stands, Travel agencies, Web pages, Commercial partners, etc.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the starting time of the tour will recieve a refund of 80% of the total cost of the tour
Cancellations made between 23:59 and 15 hours before the starting time of the tour will have a refund of 60% of the total cost of the tour.
Cancellations made 15 hours or less before thes starting time of the tour will be considered "no show", no show will recive no refunds.
Clients may recieve a full refund or credit in case of cancellation made by the tour operator because of weather conditions or another unexpected circumstances
all cancelations made 15 hours or more before the starting of the tour, if this cancellation makes the begining of the tour impossible, WONT have any kind of refunds

Notes:

- Refunds are made under the full amount of the tour cost, not the advanced payments
- Every transaction (refunds) generates managing costs and this will be covered by the client
